What stage do Cobalt Visions Partners invest at?
We are private growth investors that require companies to have product market fit and meaningful revenue. This means we typically skew towards Series B and later. However, we do not focus on the label and are more focused on the quality of the company.
Does Cobalt Visions Partners provide primary and secondary capital?
Yes. We provide both primary and secondary capital. We can do both or one or the other. We do not have a set mandate.
What is your sweet spot in terms of cheque size?
Our sweet spot is between $5 - $15m. However, we can invest less or more if required.
Is profitability a requirement?
Profitability at the time of investment is not always required. We focus on the quality of the company, growth rates and unit economics.
What sectors do Cobalt Visions Partners invest in?
We do not have a set sector focus, as we are looking for companies that have large addressable markets. We have had strong success in technology, tech enabled services and software.
